Why Is It Called The Nightingale Group?
Because the nightingale is famous for its beautiful song — although few people notice the quietly coloured brown bird or take time to appreciate it “myriads of hidden mysteries are revealed in a single melody; yet, alas, there is no ear to hear, nor heart to understand”. (Bahá‘u‘lláh) In the same way we may keep ourselves so busy that we leave little time for getting to know people well or to think and enjoy many of the quieter pleasures. This group gives each one a chance to share ideas. Please confirm the dates and subjects, telephone 01582 765572
